How do I create a GoodCauseCoupon account?
To create a GoodCauseCoupon account:
    • Go to goodcausecoupon.com
    • Click the  button located on the top of the main page.
    • Enter your email address, create a username and password.
    • Click Sign up.
If you sign up with email, make sure you enter your email address correctly and choose an email address that only you can access. If you log out and forget your password, you will need to be able to access your email to get back into your GoodCauseCoupon account.
 
What do i do if I can’t sign up for an account because an account with my email address already exists?
If you signed up for GoodCauseCoupon with your email address but you can’t remember your password, you can reset your password and log into your account.
If you’ve typed your email address correctly and see a message that an account with your email address already exists, please notify us at support@goodcausecoupon.com.
.Keep in mind that an email address can only be associated with one GoodCauseCoupon account.
 
How do I update my email notification setting?
Login to your account. Under the Account Details section, you can update your email setting.
 
How do I access my coupons on my cellphone?

Please remember that accessing coupons on a cellphone requires internet connection. Therefore, please make sure your cellphone has either data or wi-fi connection.
It is important to know that the speed of the internet connection will determine how fast you can access your coupons.

How do I purchase a coupon book as a gift?
This function is not available online right now. Please contact us at support@goodcausecoupon.com and we can help you send a gift.
 
If I want to purchase more than one coupon book, do I need to create more than one account?
No. you do not. You can purchase multiple coupon books under one account.
 
Can I get a refund if I want to return my coupon book?
Sorry. Once the coupon book is paid for, you can’t return it. You can browser the offers from the participating businesses here before purchase.
 
Will I receive a donation receipt for tax purpose from GoodCauseCoupon or the charitable organization?
You will not receive a donation receipt for the purchase of the digital GoodCauseCoupon book.
